#SoloSessions is a new series of videos by England and Herts Mavericks player Sasha Corbin which gives netballers ideas and drills to improve their skills when training alone. Week one covered the warm up and simple ball handling skills, week two core stability and static work and this weeks release was a Crazy Catch special!! Holla!!
Sasha was using the Crazy Catch Wildchild Double Trouble which is our best selling model for netball and features two completely different sides … small netting on one for a more predictable rebound or much larger netting on the back for a completely unpredictable rebound which tests your reactions much much more. The numbers of drills and applications for netball is limited only by your imagination and of course its Crazy Catch so its loads of fun too! We love the ball juggling skills – they are a great way to improve your handling skills at home … all you need is a ball and a Crazy Catch!
You can come and try these skills out in the freestyle area of the Crazy Catch fanzone at Netball London Live this Saturday plus meet Sasha’s England team mate Stacey Francis and get a #STACEYSELFIE in our Aussie themed photo booth which looks ahead to the Netball World Cup in Sydney later this year. See you on Saturday at the Copper Box for Surrey Storm vs Herts Mavericks or if you haven’t got a ticket tune in on Sky Sports 3 from 5-30pm.
